ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE... the only thing this dealership has is good location. They will do you wrong from the sale all the way to the death of your vehicle... I do not reccommend buying anything from this place, not even an extended warranty. If you choose to PLEASE READ EVERY TINY PRINTE DETAIL.... They are sneaky and will bleed you for every penny in the bank... CROOKS.

Cons : Management, Staff, Sales People, Repairs, DISHONEST IN ALL AREAS..... THE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL... NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.. HE SHOULD BE WORKING AT THE ZOO OR IN A CARNIVAL.
I have to comment that the service at Crown is good but some of the people working there are very rude. I had called to report one of their large trucks abandoned on a city street and someone named "vicki" was so rude. Can't believe a dealership would employee such a rude person to answer phones and deal with the public. I can't imagine what it's like to deal with the rest of the dealership!
