I took my dog there for grooming, and the groomer hacked off one of my dogs dewclaws, when I approached the groomer and the owner of the place, they both acted like nothing ever happened and had the audacity to say that my dog must have come in there with her claw hacked off. Please spare yourselves the anguish and the vet bills, and by no means take your beloved pet to the Crossbronx Pet Shop.‎
