He is careful to make sure that his patients are comfortable as he does his work, and will breezily chat with you as he gets down to business. An added benefit is the radio always playing in the background, and Dr. Cross' occasional singing along, which helps put the patient at ease. Even if you aren't a regular patient, if you call with dental emergency, he will take you in at once. A definite credit to his profession!
