After having the worst dental experiences Nov 08-Feb 09 horriffic pain from the proceedures and misdiagnosed an abscess as TMJ leading to almost fatal results of a spreading infection by Dr. Guerrera at Interdental Care, walking into Dr. Kim's practice at Cross Dental was hands down, nothing less than incredible. He is correcting all of the dental work I had originally done. When he started the first round of work, I was amazed at how gentle and caring this dentis is. I am for once, not afraid to go to the dentist. So what if the office has contemporary Xtrian music playing. Who cares. Bring an MP3 player and hook in the headphones. Does his religion matter? No. Does it matter if the office is plain? No. What matters is the level of professionalism by the staff and by Dr. Kim. He is wonderful and his staff have been nothing less than respectful. I recommend him anyday and he will be my new permanent dentist once the 3 bridges and two crowns have been replaced.‎

I prefer to listen music which have meaning. If that guy is the atheist, this doesn't mean other people are bad. Believe or not, one day we all will die and stand before God and give result for everything, even music. I love this office. Friendly and professional and not that expensive.‎

Horrible, unprofessional. Receptionist wearing no shoes, maybe it was casual friday. Kept calling me by the wrong name. Waited for 2 hours and finally had to leave after having nothing done. They had loud Christan music playing while you wait which did not contribute to the whole experience. The office was dirty and smelled and the staff is not friendly at all or apologetic for the wait time. Three other people walked out before me.‎
