Have used Steve for several years and for several projects. Prompt, reasonable and easy to work with. Last was water heater replacement. I'm guessing on price, its been a while.

Easiest plumber's visit we've had at this house. Called advertised phone#, left message, received call back in about 1 hr, setup service time for that afternoon, showed him the problem, all drains in house flowing like new within an hour of arriving at house. We are very happy with response, ease of scheduling/setup, price & manners(plumber cleaned areas he worked better than he found them). Will recommend to neighbors, friends, fan, etc. Overall A+. Sorry so short, i'm in a huge hurry.

We basically had 2 options to fix our plumbing problems, the first was expensive and the second was much cheaper but not a long term solution. We ended up going with the cheaper fix, but Steve gave us an estimate for the permanent fix so that we could start saving money to completely eliminate the problem sometime in the next 2 years. I wish we had the money to do it now, but the cheaper option will get us by until we have enough time to save the money for the proper fix. I would recommend Steve Cropper Plumbing to anyone facing a tough decision about their homes plumbing. We appreciated that he was polite and took the time to answer all of our questions, unlike our former plumber.
