They have extremely low-priced footwear, often on sale for $5-10. Though I can't say much for the comfort and quality of the shoes, but if you're looking for some last-minute heels/flats option, this store might just be the place to go. Personally, Top Shoes (only a few doors down) has better selection and quality, but Footnotes is a close follow-up when it comes to price. Unlike Top Shoes, Footnotes also sells clothing, though I never really looked through their clothing section.
