I have been a very loyal customer with this cleaners for several years and spent hundreds of dollars. Took in a snow white silk St John blouse, I picked it up and they had turn it ivory. I have proof of my sales slip from Neiman Marcus, they were going to look into it, after several months one of their staff start to tell me the manager was very busy with one excuse after another. I picked up my blouse and I plane to file in court for the full vale even through I purchase on sale.
i have lived in downtown Dallas for 3 years now and have tried every dry cleaner around trying to get the best service along with the best price. This was THE MOST EXPENSIVE place thus far and everyone of my dress shirts were wrinkled bad. When my wife took them back, they said it was our fault, that they must have been layed down for a long time. I live at Jefferson at the North end which is a block away. So, from the time we picked them up to the my closet was about 10 min. Plus, I HAVE NEVER had this problem even with places over 30 min away. They told us we have to pay to have them redone. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF THE CUSTOMER BEING RIGHT?
