We never had any issues. Doors and windows were top quality and problems with the structure of our house that was going to cost too much with other companies, wasn't a problem. Scott made me feel as if I was getting a deal from a family member or friend. I think the reason why everything was such a positive experience is that they answer to themselves and not the higher-ups in the corporate chain.
