Rented a property from creative for 1yr, worst year as a tenant. Danielle did not return phone calls, she has a slight illiteracy which caused problems when signing details of the lease, mental problems also spilled over into the mathematics which made invoices and billing a disaster(how do you pay rent when your property manager thinks that 12times12 is 24). I would advise hiring a lawyer to go an sign a lease with you to make sure that creative does not take advantage of you as tenant and can deter the sneaky and slimy initiatives of creative property management.

I have rented many homes in my lifetime and have never had such a pleasant and EASY time as i have with CPM. They were VERY helpful from start to finish.
Avoid this company at all costs. This is my honest review of these guys. I walk into their office and it was extremelly unorganized. Their properties are incredibly over priced and their property management team is THE WORST I have ever experienced. I have talked to my neighbor down the street (also managed by this company) and they completely agree with me. Trust me, save your time and money by NEVER doing business with them.
