Horrible Customer Service?
They didn't pick up our garbage for two weeks. When I called after the first time, no one bothered to call me back. On the second time, while I was leaving a message, the owner picked up and said that they hadn't picked up our garbage for two weeks because they only had one guy on the truck and he couldn't lift the can (their other guy was out sick). Well, it isn't my fault that their employee is out sick and I paid for a service that I wasn't receiving. When I asked her to refund the money for the two weeks that they hadn't picked up our garbage, she said fine and told me to empty the can and that they'd come get it (in other words, she discontinued my service because I complained when they didn't pick up my garbage for two weeks and didn't bother to contact me). She was rude and nasty when I was talking to her and I think this is a terrible way to do business....?
