When we went into Crate and Barrel last December, we were just browsing, but we found these gorgeous cleat martini glasses that I just had to have! They were clear glass with a little red swirling stripe going around the rim, twisting along the glass, going to the bottom. They also have a lot of other things here, like really nice furniture and such, but they also have great customer service. So anyways, in January, I took the glasses that I bought (all 4 of them..they were 6 dollars each!) and i put them out very carefully on the table when the rim, right where the red line had been, just kind of made a noise then popped! Another glass had already popped in the brown box, and I knew it wasn't my fault because they were packaged nice and protectively. So i returned them for a full refund. I love Crate and Barrel, but no more martini glasses from them! I'm so glad they returned them so easily though
