Unbelievable customer service despite being a huge chain
I ordered 3 custom furniture pieces (their furniture and I picked the fabric). My sales associate Sonja went so above and beyond. Not only was she knowledgeable about everything regarding custom orders but her follow up is amazing. After the manufacturer messed up the original fabric that I purchased in an LA Fabric store, Sonja went to the store on her day off to ensure that the fabric the manufacturer now had to purchase in order to complete my custom job was from the same dye lot and would perfectly match. She kept me updated along the way and ensured that manufacturer worked along w/ Crate & Barrel to ensure I was taken care of for the significant inconveniences I experienced. The management team at C & B did their best as well to have someone check my pieces at the warehouse to ensure they?d arrive perfectly. I would definitely purchase from them again even though I?m sure my order had more freakish problems at the manufacturer than normal. (The staff even confirmed this).

Great Home Decor Selection; Pricey by I. B. at InsiderPages
We visited this store to see if I could get a simple desk lamp for work. We loved looking at the decor, the dishes and furniture, but not the price tag. However, I did find a nice little all-metal clip-on lamp that they were using to illuminate items on their metal display shelves. I bought it for $12.50. It was the cheapest lamp there, but has served me well at work.
