final sale items‎
I bought a final sale item bed at the outlet (final sale means you have to sign a contract saying no returns and no exchanges). I thought I would get the one on the floor but instead they had some in boxes downstairs in the warehouse and gave me that one. When I brought it home, the footboard was defective. There were slots on one side of the footboard, and the other slot was on the other side, so you couldn't put the bed together! I called the outlet and after some time they finally relented and agreed I could exchange the defective piece for another. Be careful with this policy of theirs!!!‎

Shop Shop Shop by Wendy D. at InsiderPages
I walked in the outlet with no intent to spend money. About three minutes later I had spend about $1500.00 and then wondered how I was going to fit it all in my car. The woman I was with were shocked. This was our fifth day out and about and I had not spent a dime. I loved it. The staff was more than happy to figure out the logistics of how to get it in my car. Maybe they should of stopped my impulsive behaviour, but I am glad they did not. I am looking forward to my next trip to Crate and Barrel, where I hope to exhibit a bit more self control.

Great Stuff, Great Prices by lucia v. at InsiderPages
Woo-hoo! As a huge Crate and Barrel fan, I am very hapy to live so close to this outlet. Part of the Kittery Outlets of bargain shopping fame, the Crate and Barrel Outlet is my favorite place. Recently relocated to a bigger space, the outlet has just about everything you'll find in the catalogue (ok, maybe last month's catalogue) at really great prices. It's almost too much for me- I now have too many glasses to fit in my cupboard. They also have a huge section devoted to furniture, with some great deals on sofas, bureaus, etc. The only hitch is you have to buy it then- no layaway, no holds, nothing. But either way, I am proof that no matter how meager your paycheck, this outlet can still help your home look great!
