Supplies good, Staff sub-par‎

I have really enjoyed the selection Craft Essentials has to offer, and gladly support a local business. However, on numerous occasions I have had frustrating and almost insulting encounters with the staff. This if very unfortunate since there are so many reviews saying otherwise. Whenever I have walked into the store, I am rarely greeted with a smile or a "Can I help you with anything?" The majority of the staff is either friendly but inept or knowledgeable but curt. Friendly but inept I can handle, because usually I at least can see their effort to help; but when the experienced staff treats me with barely concealed impatience, that I find offensive. I have never turned my back on a local business, but Craft Essentials is now the first.‎
