I highly recommend CPU as one of the best values for computer repair in Austin. I have a small business and was searching for good service at a fair price and was told about CPU by the owner of another small business who was pleased with their service. The price for the total job was quoted up-front, not hourly, and the price was reasonable.
They arrived at my home office, and set up my computers and wireless network. They completed the job thoroughly, provided free phone support afterward and returned to follow-up for additional things that needed attention. By the way they do great websites too (see mine at www.austinbiometrics.com)
Pros : Very professional, rates quoted up front, no hourly charge, good follow-up, personal service and attention.
Cons : CPU is a small company whose service is in demand and you have to schedule ahead of time because they often have customers calling them constantly.
