Nice clean job. We recently had a new roof done by Mr. Coyle and his crew. We love our new roof. He picked out the color that matched our house and gave us a limited lifetime shingle. His crew was very hard working.

I called mr. Coyle to put a roof on my house and I paid him a large sum of money. Well when the rain came the roof leaked so bad that it filled up a grabage can. Call Mr. Coyle and he told me that he would be here on an Wednesday June 22 2011 and he didn't show up. That night it poured rain into my livingroom soaking my furniture and my new carpet and messed up my ceiling. He came to my house and said the wood was rotten so that is why my roofing was leaking. If I gave you 3000.00 to put a new roof on and new wood why would the wood be bad. I told him I wasn't going to pay him until my roof is fixed correctly and my livingroom ceiling. He cussed me and demanded that I pay him now. I had to call the police to get him out of my house. I had three witnesses that will go to court with me about his conduct and his work.

I hate to write this as I never like to call someone's character into question. Mr. Coyle was extremely prompt to answer my call about installing guttering around my deck. I found his price to be in line with what I expected to pay. With just a few minutes remaining before I had to leave for work, I paid for the job that was still incomplete as I had every reason to believe that he was at least 80% complete and would finish the job. He did not. Repeated phone calls to him have been unanswered and messages not returned. I have contacted both the BBB and my attorney to seek aid in this matter. Mr. Coyle has all of the appearances of being a decent human being and if this proves correct, then I will remove this review with haste -- I will remove it quicker than my check to him was deposited after I left home. If you hire this company, do not pay until they are finished. I pray Mr. Coyle is well and not incapacitated in some way.
