I asked them to give me oil-based paint that matched the color I had already applied in water-based. They refused to match the paint color! They said I would have to buy a similar color, but they refused to match what I needed. There was no misunderstanding, they have the ability to tint oil-based paint any color, but they refused to tint it a Ralph Lauren color because they said they are not allowed to compete with Ralph Lauren. They ignored the fact that Ralph Lauren doesn't MAKE oil-based paint, or I would have bought it. They literally told me to use a different color. I've bought many paints here before, but I won't go back. I have NEVER had a paint store refuse to match a color sample before and tell me that I have to apply a different color in my own home! Utterly ridiculous.
