Steve came out to service the lock on my commercial door. He called before coming and showed up exactly when he said he would. The problem ended up being an adjustment, and rather than gouge me and sell me a new lock cylinder, he fixed the problem for a small charge. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Covina Lock and Key.
