After paying over $1000 you (which later I found out Dr's there work on straight pay plus a comission on how much they get patients to spend ) they care very little.

After my beloved pet had ultrasound and a mess of blood. Radiographs and meds. I took my animal for a second opinion at a local vet they found out what was wrong. I have been going to covina hosp. For quite a long time. But I guess greed has finally got the best of them. I really don't see this hospital lasting long. But I am happy to say my dog is going to get better and looks like I have a new hospital.

The staff and doctors at Covina Animal Hospital have always proven to be efficient, caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I have never found ANY of the staff to be less than professional and always prioritizing my cat as their first concern. The office is clean and is a nice environment. The waiting room gets a little busy during the rush. I completely trust Dr. Ortmayer and her staff and highly recommend them. Their services are well worth the cost.

After $800.00 to try to keep my dog alive for the wrong the shot they administered to her. They had the nerve to charge me. They are highly expensive and I wont be back....

The vets and staff are very friendly. The hours are great - they understand that some of us need to work too. The prices are not the lowest, but in line with other vets in the area. I have only had quality care at this place.

First incident $300 later vet could not figure out what was wrong with my pet, had to take my dog somewhere else and got right diagnosis. Second incident, took my dog for a service that usually ranges from $28-$38 at Arcadia Animal Hospital, and they charge me $100. Service is terrible. People in the front office are rude and they either do paperwork wrong and have no clue. Vets lack experience and usually overcharge. After second incident I will not bring my pets back to this place, not only they overcharge, I cannot trust my pets to such incompetent people.
