When I bought my bike at Coventry I felt like I got really good advice and talked for quite a while with someone about my options. And, I do love my bike. And it comes with a couple of free tune-ups after you buy it and those were great.

But, I don't usually get it serviced there anymore, because you typically have to schedule your service days or maybe a week in advance. And I ride my bike daily, so I just want to ride it in on my way to work and pick it up on my way back home.

Overall, though, I like the people there and if I need to buy a new bike again I'll go back there - much lower pressure sales than at some of the bigger bike shops (even the bigger local bike shops).
