Very poor customer service‎

We were told different things just about every time we talked to them. Good thing that I kept all of my correspondence so that I could prove what I was told. Seemed very friendly and knowledgeable at first. Then when we had a problem we were treated like a major hassle.‎

Very Unsatisfied‎

Treated us like we were problem customers when our NEW hot tub came in and it had jets not working and making strange noises. Owner yelled at us because we were too demanding, and we were not the only customers. I could go on and on. Asked them to come an get it and give our money back.‎
