1. No one at front desk on arrival, had to wait to find someone. 2. Ironing board broken, left note to replace. 3. Arrived back at hotel 8 pm second day of stay, found door to room left open, dead bolt set with door open. 4. Called front desk to report, no answer, had to wait for extended time to reach attendent. 5. Suggested I check for missing items, then call back. 6. Repeat #4. 7. Second evening, found computer desk broken and unusable, regular desk too high for working. 8. Noticed $2.50 water bottle in room had seal broken and had been refilled. 9. Had to wait extended period for someone at front desk to check out, when I reported new problems.‎
