We've had our Acura MDX for 7 months and love it! We hit a bad bump and the motor mount broke! We took it to Courtesy (not knowing what was wrong) and they found the problem, fixed it, gave it a thorough check up, washed it! and had it back to us in less than 24 hours. They even provided a loaner until ours was ready!!! We love doing business with Courtesy and will continue to in the future.

I responed to an ad for oil change and interior vacumming and free car wash. It was on't know television.
When I went to sign in I told the service manger to hold the wash since it was poring rain that day. I also asked for 2 wipers to be installed. The ad price on service was $23.95....
When I got ready to pay My bill was $98.00
I reviewed it and said I did not get the ad price as advertised. The shocked manager said that he didn't know I wanted the ad price . I remineded him I told him that I did not want it washed as advertised.
His face got red and he changed to correct price. He charged me $30.00 for each wiper blade. A RIPOFF.. It seems that they are making up for lack of car sales by ripping off in service.
I will not ever go back and I tell at least 2 people everyday.

I bought my car, came home and found the exact same car online on their website, offered for a HUGE deal less than I paid -- and $6,000 less than their original offering price! They did fix the contract after I called and complained, but I still feel a little ripped off that I didn't get to talk down their REAL offering price at all. And I didn't receive the promised advertised tv either.

The people were nice... and I'm not sure if it was just an oversight (as they assured me it was) or if they were truly trying to rip me off (as I felt they were). Either way, I'll pay off my car and not plan to do business with them again in the future.

Terrific customer service! We bought our auto at the price we wanted, it was the quickest buying process we've ever been through and absolutely the most pleasant. For about a year after we bought out auto we got thank you cards in the mail every month along with coupons for oil changes are various other upkeep on our auto. The service department people are very careful to do a thorough job and do it quickly. I could not even tell they had been in my auto when we took it in.
