I have found the owners more than accommodating and very easy to get along with. They do have rules as any place does, after all this is there Ranch and they must maintain it. I have used the Country M many times and have also attended many functions there and have always found the food excellent and the service great. They have a good varied menu with fresh vegetables and fruits in season and good quality meat. I would highly recommend them to any one looking for a lovely setting with good food and service.

There a few places for large weddings, but I would run not walk from the Country M. The food was at best low quality - overcooked tri-tip, canned beans rather than the traditional Santa Maria bean accompaniment, mixed fruit fresh out of can. This was at most a $10 meal for $40+. The service was extremely surly, particularly from Carl and Chris with the "rules" changing by the hour. Rosie attempted to rectify some issues, but were the direct result by the deliberate inability to return phone calls, schedule meetings in advance to plan important details. The organization refused to serve champagne scheduled, changed the terms of the contract on the DAY of the event where nothing could be done about and complaints & attempts to resolve were met with you can leave and we will cancel the wedding. Never give this outfit more than the deposit required as they will NOT return any monies paid to them beyond the deposit in the contract...a clear sign of financial woes. Country M will attempt to destroy your special day and leave you with unwanted memories.
