This is a store that is just jam packed with all the serious nutrition/health customer could possibly need. They also have a line of frozen foods that is very nice and worth knowing about. I have been shopping in similar stores for many years and found this shop to be a little gem. The owners are very helpful and knowledgeable and I recommend this store very highly.

This is a great little neighborhood store. They have mostly vitamins, minerals and herbs. But, they also have some health & beauty products and some food also. Dry goods and some frozen products. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.
