The absolute worst customer service.

Had a service call of which no written estimate was provided. Owner/serviceperson will ask to use your personal telephone to conduct his personal bussiness. Serviceperson/owner is rude, obnoxious and condescending. Demanded payment for a service call and provided no information. Do not use this service under any circumstance. To many other reputable repair services out ther that know how to provide excellent customer service. This company can't even comprehend the concept. Use ANYONE else....please.
