Employees were friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. The diagnosis was free and took less than an hour. The quote they gave was reasonable for the work to be done (replace the output speed sensor and solenoid pack plus a general transmission service). This was at the end of the day on a Thursday. I brought it back the next morning for the repair and they were done around noon. Best of all, they were able to service the existing solenoid pack instead of replacing it and saved me about $300. A shady shop would have replaced the part anyway because they could charge extra labor and parts (most shops mark up parts up to 100% over their cost) - especially since I had already OK'd that work to be done. All in all, I felt like they were helpful, quick, and fair - and they solved the problem on the first service. I hope I don't have transmission problems in the future, but if I do, I'm going to Cottman.‎

i have had a very good experience at cottmans. they were very quick, helpful, curtious, and professional. will go back to them with any transmission issues i may have in the future. would reccomend them to anyone. and would like to thank jody for his awesome service, attitude, and commitment to excellence.‎
