So I brought my Dobe there because there isn't that many places that crop ears for puppies. Anyway, what I found was that the hassles was unnecessary and a total waste of my time. I had to drop him off early in the morning before work and pick him up before their closing time. And this also apply to follow up visits which are required and necessary. However, they also charged me for service that they didn't do. For example follow up visits that they insist us to come in and after picking him up later that day, they didn't change the bandage, which they said they would do. I called and asked if they did in fact change the bandage since they still stink and have brown blood like when I dropped him off, they didn't even know until they talked to the nurse, but it was listed as a service that we received. And after they said that they didnt' change it because he was a good puppy and the sticks still hold so they don't need to change them, however, because the doctor did look at him so it's listed as one follow up exam. And a total waste of my day for picking and dropping him off.
On a more painful note, after I decided to not take him over there anymore, I removed the bandages and found the sticks that they put in his ears are actually very discomforting for him. they actually puncture the inside of his ears. So I decided to take them out. I felt extremely guilty while cleaning up his wounds for days to come.
Also the hidden fee. IF they tell you something that costs about 300 bucks, be prepare to spend about 600 bucks. Neutering here cost over 200 dollars (no med or anesthesia yet), which you can get at a local non-profit for under 80 dollars, which includes medication also.
I also found out later that they charged us for a cone, which they later took it back because he didn't need it.
