She needs to learn to say no. She's hard to contact, if you leave messages with her paralegal it might get to Lisa, and it might not. Living in Lexington it's difficult to just pop in and see if she's in the office, and even calling to find that out is a hassle. I chose her because my case was rare, and no one in Lexington offers the assistance my case required.
