My son who is 14 saved his money to shop for cool shirts at Cosmic. We live in Frankfort Ky and drove to Lexington to do this.
He purchased 3 shirts and one of the shirts had a sticker on the front that reads x-large. But when we got home he did not wear all the shirts right away. So these were bought on May 29th and the 3rd week in June he tries to wear the black tee but realizes it is actually a small. He has my husband drive back to Lexington to the store only to be told they would not exchange it or refund his money. With gas prices today this is not very good customer service. I think this is wrong and bad for business so I will be contacting the BBB and making it known that this is how the store the store runs. And I am sure my son will find a new place to shop for clothes. To pay $20.00 for a tee shirt that is labeled wrong, and not be able to get it exchanged is un-American. I love Cosmic. The clothing is fantastic. The guys that work in there are so much fun and if you go in regularly they start to feel like your really good friends. They have everything in the store from band tees, to accessories, to shoes. the store is amazing!
