My friend bought an RTF plane from them - turned out the plane had a manufacturer's defect with a servo causing the rudder to go all the way left and caused the plane to crash breaking it 1/2. My friend spoke with the owner who refused to do anything about it -- offered no refund, no replacement, no courtesy and told my friend he, the owner, can't return it to the manufacture so there's nothing he can do --- however, the manufacturer takes returns from dealers. All the owner did was try to sell my friend replacement parts -- basically asking my friend to spend even more money on something that was defective out of the box. Yep this store has a great selection - just don't buy anything that might break down or have a defect.. The owner argued instead of listening to a concerned customer, offered no resolution for the issue despite it being a manufacturer's defect, and when my friend said the next step was to file a complaint with the credit card company, the owner said Go for it.

CONS: Store is very junky and dusty, not easily negotiated, and they could care less about the customer once they have your money, nice friendly people until you have an issue
