Quaint but not cute. Everything is old and outdated. About our room: small bathroom (with a strangely SMALL sink), thin towels, stains in carpet, no air conditioning (but there is usually a cool breeze at night). Lobby was eerily quiet and always empty. Stairway had a bad "pet smell" (managers live in main floor and have dog). Breakfast: the fruit and juice were fine, but the muffins were not good, dry. BUT room price is cheap for the location (approx. $100/night). And the location is perfect, RIGHT OFF the main street (Orange Ave) with all the shops and restaurants, and the beach and Hotel Del are both a short walk away. This place has a lot of potential but has not achieved it yet.

Classy place in the middle of town. In the style of an old victorian home this inn has an excellent price and is great. The service is excellent and they serve breakfast as well.
