Terrible.
Will sweet talk you to death. When you finally get furniture it is damaged. Good luck with replacement. No one from management returns calls about the alleged "new" furniture that you purchased. A real bad place to shop. Do yourself a favor and go to a quality, reputable business. This place has more complaints than you can imagine. Just check with BBB.

Buyer Beware‎
These guys have a nice site, nice looking furniture, and NO PRICES listed? I called to inquire about this and was told i had to come in lol. Sounds shady to me. Bottom line is there is a very good reason for not posting prices. Their furniture is over priced and when you come in to inquire, they will probably beat you over the head for a sale. My Advise to anyone considering these guys is Stay Clear otherwise your wallet will feel the pain.‎

What a great place!!
What a great place!!: This store is one of the Bronx’s best kept secrets. They have a large selection of furniture at great prices. Their showroom is huge, so I was able to see what I was getting, and they could special order anything I wanted from a massive list of catalogs.
I don’t drive, so it was good for me that they are a block away from the Allerton Avenue subway stop on the 2 and 5 lines.
