Great organic service
We use Corky's because the offer an organic pest control maintenance option. They come every 6 weeks and my house is about $75 per visit. They always ring the doorbell to ask what they need to focus on, if anything. I have no bugs. We live on a canyon and used to have a lot of spiders that bite. They are all gone. I don't worry about them spraying in my backyard. They know not to come anywhere close to my vegetable gardens. It's all floral/herbal spray. It smelled like mint typically. But they're very careful and I have no bugs to complain about.
I know they offer termite and snail services too. For the snail service I think they use Sluggo ad it's not that expensive. I haven't done it yet.

Wonderful
I have an easement behind my house and my bug problem was escalating. I was getting to the point where I didn't know who lived in my home, me or ants, roaches, earwigs, and a variety of spiders, including black widows.
So, I called Corky's Pest Control. Since then, I haven't seen any critters! The technician that comes to my house is always polite, helpful, efficient, and always on time! The telephone staff are always so polite, patient and efficient.
I am very, very happy with Corky's, I highly recommend them!

great service excellent company
corkys dealt with my roach issue in two treatment 2 weeks apart they called me on the way there and came on time. they killed all the roaches in my apartment and im currently staying on monthly services to insure no future infestations because i have a small yard outside my apartment where i have a fruit and veg garden the fruit and citrus attracts bugs thanks for protecting my garden corkys
