Loved it - nice atmosphere and great class
I hadn't been to a yoga class in a while so felt a little bit out of practice. I attended an evening class here and thought the instructor did a fantastic job of explaining each pose. I didn't feel like I had to look at her to see what I was supposed to be doing. The class was dimly lit, warm (not uncomfortably), and extremely relaxing. Though don't let the latter fool you, I was sore the next day but felt great.

I like that if you try out the studio (or if you have a membership) that you can use any CorePower studio. This location also has a really cute selection of Lululemon and other yoga clothes, a nice locker room (bring your own lock) and I loved the decor (especially the light fixtures). The staff also couldn't be nicer. There was also plenty of parking, at least in the evening.

I would definitely recommend CorePower Encinitas!

Great workout
I went to Core Power Yoga as part of a Mojo Pages VIP Event and even though Yoga is not my thing I was greatly impressed with this facility.

I've done Yoga at home with videos and at the gym. That is nothing compared to the experience at Core Power Yoga. The rooms have low lights, candles and soft music.

They have different types of yoga, the one we had was for beginner's and it involved a warm room and lots of movement. This is not be confused with the heated yoga that was less movement and the room is hotter. They also offer yoga sculpt which uses light weights.

They have a boutique filled with really cool exercise clothing and a very nice small lounge area. The lockers are very nice and have a good size. Everything about the facility is geared to have you relax, exercise and feel your best.

With membership you can be able to use any of their Power Core Yoga facilities, not just the one in Encinitas.

Yoga kicked my ASS...
I admit - I HATE YOGA... After a session with my P90X routine, I was done...

I decided to give yoga another shot. The room was full of novices to expert yoga peeps and I was placed in the front row where people can really make fun of me.

1 hour of child posing, downward dog, warrior 1 and 2, growing my tree, losing my balance, doing headstands and dancer poses, etc, literally wore me out. I was sweating more than running a half mara! Also noted was the fact that the room was almost 100 degrees (well maybe not, but it felt like it!).

The instructors were amazing and the staff is super nice. The facility is new and modern with a sense of serenity. A very, very relaxing environment.

It was def a great experience as it did get out most of my shoulder knot that I've had since my half mara a couple weeks ago. I prob wouldn't continue yoga as I'm more of an "active" person, but would highly recommend trying it once and getting your ass kicked.

This is my new favorite studio!
CorePower Yoga has so many different types of classes offered at this studio: Yoga Sculpt, hot yoga, Hot Power Fusion, Yoga-Pilates, etc. They also have boot-camp classes and offer yoga retreats. CorePower is nation-wide and your membership applies to every studio, good for those that travel a lot!

The Encinitas studio is very new, and it shows - everything is clean and updated, the locker room allows for storing your things and they have about 4 showers to take advantage of. They have two yoga studios that are very large. The classes have good music in the background, low lighting, and just a great atmosphere for finding your center.

This studio also offers a lot of different class times making it easy to find a class that fits your schedule. CorePower Yoga also has a mobile app allowing you to check the class schedule.

The staff is also extremely nice and very knowledgeable on their yoga, too.

I definitely recommend CorePower Yoga!

Great Experience...
With a really helpful staff and warm environment it was easy to fall in love with the whole yoga experience. Walking into a very modern & inviting studio that offers a spa like room for changing, showering and lockers provided (bring your own lock) makes it very easy to transition from your day into class. The instructors are knowledgeable and the atmosphere sublime. They offer a variety of different yoga classes including sculpt and also offer entire wellness plans with individual meal options. I felt really good after class and enjoyed the quiet, soothing music. I will definitely return to CorePower Yoga!
