My washer broke is is still under the warranty I called the maker of it and was given Corbetts Appliance Repairs Inc‎ phone number along with two others I called the two others and they would not be able to given look for like 6 days.. I called Corbetts and they came the next day and had to order the part to fix it I was like OK! And was told it would be in.. around 2 days but at the longest 5 days well 5 days pasted and did not hear back! But they did call the next monday and tell me he would be here around 1 to 5 OK again I think he will be like last time and come right! I end up calling them about 4:30PM and asking is he still coming at ALL and the lady on the phone tells me yes he is he is running a little behind but will be there! Over two hours later I am still waiting for him too call or show up.. And tried calling back guess what they closed at 5:30PM and it is now 6:27PM.. I would have been better off waiting on the other guy to even look at it I bit it would have already been fixed by now!!!!!!!

had been using them for 5 years--all of a sudden brought out a 84.00 inspection fee (after 12 seconds at my house) not including cost of repair) always before it had been 35.00 did not matter that we had been doing business for 5 years with them AND THE GIRL HUNG UP ON ME
