Worst Mailbox Service in Hayward‎

The manager has consistently returned mail addressed to me. I have had issues with COLLEGE AND GRANTS because of his indiscreet mail tampering. He also yelled at a female employee in front of customers, causing the girl, who was consistently courteous in her customer service, to quit right then and there. I have not used the printing services, but beware the managerial misery.‎
