BEST SERVICE AND PRICE!‎

I am a small business owner, in a document heavy business, and I have been a client of Copy Central for over 10 years. They are fast, courteous, reasonably priced and are able to handle complex jobs quickly without drama. I give them important legal and architectural oversized work, and it comes back perfect, or they cheerfully correct it. I came to them after Kinko's basically took several boxes, threw them up in the air and copied them at random, returning them to me out of order, creating huge problems and loads of work to correct the mess. I have never had anything similar at any of the Copy Central Locations. As to the San Rafael Location I have only had excellent experiences.‎

The worst service I have received in many...‎

On Friday, September 5th I visited the Copy Central located on 4th Street in San Rafael. This was the last time I will ever set foot in this business. I will never do personal or work related business with Copy Central ever again. I was appalled at the service I received today. The store closes at 8PM and I got there a good five minutes before they closed, needing to send a one page fax. The black girl who works there had already locked the door and did not want to open it. When she did, she asked if I would hurry up because she was closing in 3 minutes and still did not fully open the door for me. I said I just needed to send a fax and she just stood there, in the doorway. As I tried to get pass, she still just stood there and then complained when the wheels of the stroller ran over her toes. Then she audibly complained to whoever she was talking to on the phone about "people who get there when she wanted to close". I asked if she wanted me to leave and she just kept on ...
