I just moved to the area and called to see if I could board my dog there and the woman who answered was very rude and wouldn't give me any of her time. She just said they had no room for new patients and would only board their patients. She may have been too busy to talk but I wouldn't send my pet to a place where staff is so rude.‎

Unfortunately, I don't have nice things to say about this clinic. However, let me say that my bad experience was not the fault of the doctors but the reception staff. I was referred by another animal hospital that was closed and said I could bring my sick dog to Montgomery Animal Hospital for an emergency consult. I arrived with my sick dog only to be turned away because I didn't have an appointment. It was my understanding that the hospital took emergency cases w/out an appointment. The woman was not very nice and turned my sick dog away. The only reason I took her here in the first place was because it was closer than her vet's office. I ended up driving all the way to my dog's vet who took me with no problem. My dog ended up having a severe back injury. I don't know if the doctors here are good, I was turned away before ever having the chance to find out. I don't think anyone working in this profession should be so rude and insensitive. I don't recommend ...

Beware of positive reviews - most posted on the same date, most absurdly positive and all about Jaffe – and not the other veterinarian in the clinic, Parish. And 49 of them, most other vets in the area barely have 10. How disappointing. I write this because I was duped into going there – and clearly the problem resides more with the staff than the veterinarians. I won't be going back.‎
