Terrible!!
Wish I'd taken the time to read the reviews prior to calling them! Initially thought the work was good, but stains returned within a few hours (once dry) and the carpet stretching which was "guaranteed for a year" was bad again by the next day. Tried repeatedly to get some help. They'd schedule me and then not show up!! To top it off once I looked at the invoice, they overcharged me $50. Stay away!!

Stay Clear - Horrible Experience
Stay clear of 7 Pillars Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning (formerly known as Cooks). The only reason I considered them was because they also did carpet stretching and the and I wanted to take care of stretching and cleaning in one shot (out of convenience). That "convenience" cost me a lot of trouble. My instincts tried to tip me off but at the time I felt like I was being too judgemental. I was wrong - these guys were my worst nightmare in carpet cleaning. First off, Lonnie and his brother-in-law Junior showed up late to the appointment. Then they proceeded to haul a huge antiquated machine into my home. Right then I should have said, "no thanks guys, but if I wanted amatuers to clean my carpets, I could have rented a maching at Lowe's myself." But, with my lack of better judgement, I continued to let the craziness unfold because the good side of me wanted to give these monkeys a chance. Anyway, after they left and stuff started dying off, I noticed that all the stains on my carpet were still visible. The obvious stains that I had pointed out to them were diminished but still VERY visible. I also had them clean my couches but they still had stains all over them. It was as if they sprayed water and vacuumed it up. They didn't pre-treat ANYTHING! Their ad touts an "11-step cleaning process." I don't even think what they did was even 3 of those 11 steps. Their carpet streching skill were mediocre also. They put huge black marks all over my trim work which I'll have to repaint now. It actually looked worse than before the streaching, imagine that! Anyway, I talked to my credit card company who joked that I must have only got 1-pillar worth of cleaning. I'm just glad I used my credit card because they credited my account and are going to go after these morons. Anyway, the whole experience was very upseting. I had gone through the trouble to clear out all movable stuff/furniture and I still had dirty carpeting. I had to get professionals from Kentuckiana Carpet and Upholstery cleaning to come out and actually clean the car

Not so great experience
This carpet cleaning company did not finish the job the same day and did not come back as promised to complete the job. The company did, however, cash my check and never returned any of my phone calls inquiring what happened.

This is the first time I have had my carpets cleaned and I obviously did not choose the right company.
