I went to the contour Day Spa inside the Hard Rock Hotel. It was absolutely terrible. I paid $ 70.00 for manicure and pedicure plus 20% tip already included before you even get the service. The polish used was so thick and old that when I wore my shoes to go out that night the polish was ruined. I also did my hair ;and nothing I requested she did. When she was done she looked at me and said I could do what you requested, but I tried. I think that after paying $50.00 for a wash and blowdry I deserve someone competent to be able to do what I request. The whole experience was very dissapointing. They charge you like a top quality salon, when the service you get is worst than a school salon. I guess that explains why they were empty on December 31st when I had my service.

the spa was absolutely beautiful!! The staff called me by my name at all times and treated me like family! I was very impressed with my visit and will definitely be going back!

Pros: all around amazing

Cons: not enough time in a day

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY, HANDS DOWN THE WORST SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!! My friend and I had appointments there in January. It was her wedding day and I was a bridesmaid. Needless to say they were running over TWO HOURS behind and we were an hour late to the wedding!! On top of that, they were so rushed because they were running so far behind schedule that our hair and her makeup turned out horrible! I actually had someone at the wedding tell me my hair looked like a bird's nest and the bride looked like a clown because of the terrible makeup artist. The hair stylist did my hair in 15 minutes and charged me almost $100 for something like looked like garbage but they did not have time to fix anything so I had to leave it like it was. THEY DIDN'T EVEN SO MUCH AS OFFER AN APOLOGY TO THE BRIDE FOR MAKING HER LATE TO HER WEDDING! And they automatically charge a 20% gratuity! Absolutely the worst experience I have every had! AVOID!!
