DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS: I reserved table, chairs and linens with this company for an event on May 5, 2007. I was told they do not deliver on Saturdays so I needed to be in a truck in order to pick the items up myself. That Saturday when the items were to be picked up the facility was closed and no phone calls were returned even though multiple messages were left.

I finally contacted them about a week after the event to find out what happened since they did not have the courtesy to contact me. A very rude woman got on the phone who said she was the owner and that she had booked the job herself and told me to come on Friday. I corrected her and told her that I had never spoken to a woman and that a male had taken the reservation to which she replied that she had written it down and no mistake had been made. The owner (Barabara) was very rude, said that I had been told that they were not open on Saturdays (but could not explain why I had been told they could not deliver that Saturday and to bring a truck) and that there was no reason for her to have called me that following Monday to apologize since there was nothing that could be done at that point. When I suggested that her customer service was very poor and she had just lost the chance to fill an order for a much larger party in June she hung up on me.
I called back to ask for the owners name and was told it was Barbara. When I asked if that was the woman I had just been speaking to I was told she was the only woman there. When I asked for her last name they refused to give it to me and hung up on me again.
I am amazed that a company that is supposed to offer nicer linens, tables, etc. for parties would treat a customer in this fashion. I have a large function planned for the end of June I will be going with the company who helped me out by delivering what I needed an hour before the party. They might not offer linens and such but their customer service was wonderful, they were very polite and helpful and they were willing to jump in and fix the mess that "Barbara" and her team left.
I actually booked through The Woodlands store but found out that Saturday morning that the phone rings to the same answering machine. Beware, if you want to know your reservations are being handled and any problems resolved in a professional and polite manner, do not use this company. If you don't relish scrambling around two hours before an event trying to find someone who can help you out, being spoken to rudely and hung up on multiple times, this company is for you.
