I ordered a sofa set. When I walked in I was looked over up and down, as if what was i doing in that store. I was told, with a big IF, that if I passed the credit check was I really prepared with a down payment. After I was apporved, the sales person came with a very positive great attitude, wanting to help and trying to convince me to by bigger than what I had picked out.
Pros : Once you are proven to have good credit, the red carpet is rolled out for you, in service.
Cons : Everything promised from the time the item is to arrive to how the product gets there is a big dissapointment. WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER FURNITURE, that should not be in small print but in Big Bold lettering.
