We have lived in this complex for over 8 years, and I would not recommend it to anyone. This used to be one of the best properties in the city. But in the last couple of years it has been run into the ground. Nothing ever gets fixed unless I rant and rave about it (and this sometimes doesn't even work). The grounds are run down, most of my appliances have been in this apartment since it was built many, many years ago. No one follows pet regulations (leash laws or cleaning up after your dogs), so there is usually dogs running loose and animal feces all over the ground. And one of their maintenence men is discriminatory toward women (we are dumb women who don' t know anything....). I definately DO NOT recommend anyone move here.

The Comstock Hills Apartments look very nice in the Apartment Guide and For Rent Magazines. However, I have spoken with people who lived there, and seen the apartments myself.

They would definitely not be my first choice. They are quite small, and seem fairly old. There are not really any amenities here. The pools are quite small. They do come with a washer and dryer, and some have fireplaces. They also accept pets.

There is some covered parking and it is a good location. You can walk to the park down the street, which has hiking trails. The neighborhood is nice.

I have not actually lived here, but did take a look at these apartments and would not pick it as a place to live.

PROS: Good location
CONS: Old and Small, not many amenities
