Compuwiz does an excellent job. In the Fall of 2005 I was referred to them after complaining to my friend about DSL service that was going down too often. That was causing my business to lose money. One of their technicians, Edmundo, knew just what to do. We haven't had any downtime since then. Then they prepared a spare computer to keep in the closet. When a PC goes on the blink, we just take out the spare, fire it up, and call Compuwiz. My employee can be back at work within 30 minutes. You can't beat that.

I highly recommend them. Suzanne answered all my questions and kept me updated during the time my laptop was in their shop, which was only 2 days. They removed a virus, for good! The other place I took it only got rid of the virus for one week. You can't go wrong with this outfit.

I'd like to thank Compuwiz publicly, not only for the great service, but for the education that comes with it. I'm a smart guy, but not with computers. I pay Compuwiz a monthly fee so they can keep my computers and network running. It's nice to be able to pick Edmundo's brain. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of networking, Windows, software and hardware!
