Awful!!!! And that is being nice...I took in a pair of shoes that I needed dyed for my wedding. I wanted them to be purple to go with the bridesmaid's dresses. The lady at the store said that she could dye them purple but that they may be a little lighter or darker than the color I picked. When I went to pick them up they were 3 different shades of purple all over the shoes with spots of black and drippings of what looked like purple paint. There were even parts of the shoes w/o dye. When I tried talking to them about it I was told too bad and they don't care. I said I would let others know and she said "they have been in business for 25 years and what I say doesn't matter." Stay clear of this store, you will regret going there!

I've had numerous pairs of women's shoes repaired over the years and never have I encountered such poor craftsmanship in repairs as at The Computerized Cobbler.

I dropped off my shoes on a Wednesday and they agreed to have the heel repaired by Thursday so that I could wear them to a special event on Friday. (The price that I was quoted for the repair was $7 more than the price on the sign for the specific repair I was seeking, but I thought I'd iron it out upon pick up.) When I arrived on Thursday to pick them up, it took them some 30 minutes to locate the shoes and once they did, they informed me that the repair hadn't even been started! It wouldn't be ready until the next afternoon -- long after my special event. When I returned to pick them up a few days later, I noticed that one shoe was heavily damaged by the repair to such an extent that it physically cannot be warn (not aesthetic damage). For this, the clerk would only reduce the price by 20%.

So here I am, having paid $20 for a repair to a pair of shoes that I can't wear until I spend another $20 to have them repaired again! AVOID THE COMPUTERIZED COBBLER!

This place is WAY overpriced for even the simplest tasks. I asked for them to sew 2 pieces of velcro to fabric and they wanted $20! To me, that doesn't even make sense.
