Excellent Service

I bought a new iMac in the summer of 2008. Recently, in December of 2009, the hard drive failed. After having the computer for 9 days I was told that they had restored my computer to working condition and recovered most of my data. Technicians worked past closing hours, even on Christmas Eve, to get my iMac back to me. Thank you Computer World!‎

mostly OK, but

I have bought two macs from this store and everything went fine until my Macbook pro's screen went black, took it to the store to figure out what was wrong with the thing. it took them about a month to figure out that they could not help me fix it without replacing the whole top part. within this month not once did they call to update me. I would call, then they would say that they were working on it right this moment and then they would not call back until i would call again and the same story. then they lost the screws for the computer and had to order them. now they gave me my computer back, but today i notice that screws on the bottom of the screen are missing and there seem to be loose metals in the screen part of the computer. I think they may be screws that they lost, but who knows, now I'm not sure if I want to have them take them out for another month. overall they are ether severely understaffed or sloppy
