I had a virus on my computer and didn't even know if my files where still there. i was afraid that i was going to lose everything i had, but at computer shack they were so wonderful and saved all my files for me. When i got my laptop back everything was like it was before i got the virus thank you computer shack.....and for your low prices you cant find anywhere else!!!!!!!

I took my Dell into Computer Shack for repair. Found out that the cost of the repair would be more then a refurbished computer the store was selling. I was shown a laptop that had more memory and a bigger hard drive, and faster then mine. Plus I was able to save all my pics, in which the tech. transfered to my new computer. Awesome Service
