Prices are very high for this small shop on the westside. I don't know how they stay in business! No CUBEX DE I'm not fake, just telling the Truth!‎

Joe's review above is a complete forgery, and should be disregarded. He has left numerous fake reviews on other competitor's Google Maps entries, and has even stooped as low as to give himself a good review as well. Please ignore this review completely as this computer repair shop is not the sham "Joe" pretends it is.‎

I brought my laptop in for video-related repairs. They suspected a problem with the lcd screen and ordered multiple replacements (twice the wrong part was ordered). After nearly a month of "trial-and-error" repair, they decide the lcd screen is fine and the problem is in the video adapter. I figured leaving my computer with them for any longer was a lost cause. After 26 days and $31, nothing at all was fixed. I'll never consider them for repairs again, and I highly recommend steering clear of CRS.‎

Estimated wait time = forever!

In short my reported easy fix which he stated would take about two days ended up in me calling a week later where assured me it would be done that evening. Surprise, not done, and he stated maybe sometime next week I haven't really even looked at it! Feed up with the cat and mouse game I took the computer to Raven computers down the street who didn't seem surprised by the situation.

In addition to the extremly long wait, his communication and attitude towards me as a customer was poor. The place was a mess of wall to wall computer junk. He seemed knowledgable on the phone, but with the wait, mess and him being the only person running the place, I would not return here again.

Unless you like extremly long waits for the simpliest of fixes, don't go here! I would try Raven computers they are just down the street and now have my business.
