I came in with hardware issues to the extent that I thought I would have to start a whole new build or get a Dell or something. I had confidence in the shop from the moment i walked in; it was exactly what you want to see in a computer shop. They diagnosed the hardware and resolved all of my problems. Other reviews have said that they give optimistic time estimates, and I had a similar experience, I dropped it off Friday and they said they would start work on Saturday, but my computer did not reach the front of their queue until Monday. I did not mind, and they were patient with me when I called for progress updates, and they did a much better job than the first person I took it to.

This is the best place to have your computer repaired that I have ever found. I have been going to Computer LInk for years and years and would never ever think about going any place else. They have great people working for them. I always ask for an estimate before work is done. If you think they are bad, just take your computer to Staples, or Best Buy. Good luck!!!' Tom S.

Had some work done on a loose laptop hard drive. Told me should be done in a few hours. They had a hiccup but was told the drive would be ready the next morning. Kept their word about the price stated the previous day even though they had to put extra time on it. Have used them a few times in the past, not that they know me from anyone else. The trick is to have some patience when it comes to computers. The shop needs to learn not to promise more than is realistic with turn around times. Overall would use them again.
